Executive Director

Maria Hernandez

Maria Hernandez is the Executive Director of Alden Gardens of Des Plaines Assisted Living Community and Alden Courts of Des Plaines Memory Care Assisted Living. She began working at the facility in 2000 as Personnel Director and was promoted to her current position in 2005. Margie, as residents and staff call her, enjoys getting to personally know each and every one of her residents. She is committed to making sure all residents receive the attention they need in a homelike environment.
